USA
ORDERS
All orders are shipped directly from our workshop in Ontario, Canada via Canpar. Rates are often better than Canada Post
Into the USA we ship via FEDEX Ground- Shipping charges will range from $ 11.00 to $ 16.00 for average packages of up to 6 items. All Shipping are actual charges, we DO NOT charge you extra for Handling, etc. If you need an estimate- please let us know in the comments/ notes section in the secure check out. If we do not receive a request for shipping estimate then we will automatically charge your card and send out your order asap.
We have shipped into the US with FedEx ground for the last 7 years, prior to that we had numerous problems with regular post into the US and will not use that method any longer.
Orders go out on Mondays and Wednesdays.
Shipping overseas will be done via Canada Post air or surface mail- whichever you request.
REFUNDS
Refunds are honoured, your refund will include only the cost of the products, not the shipping in which you paid. Any costs to return the proudcts will be at the cost of the consumer. Please include a descript letter as to why the products are being returned for our files.
