Our cream does not contain any harmful chemical sunscreens. Our cream also contains anti oxidants to neutralize free radicals generated by the sun. We do not give our cream an SPF value, because we use natural plant extracts & exotic butters that help boost SPF & control free radicals, these are not yet recognized by Health Canada. We use the strict guidelines set by the manufacturer of the Titanium Dioxide and we would recommend that our cream has an approximate SPF value of between 15- 18. Our cream is meant to be added protection to sun protection that should already be in place- hats, clothing & limited exposure. Our cream makes an excellent daycream for mom too !!!
